EPSWRA en Córdoba

EPSWRA son las siglas de un proyecto europeo que hoy reúne en Córdoba a profesionales de la intervención/acción social (educadores/as sociales, trabajadores/as socies y psicólogos/as) de siete países. Es un colectivo que suele ser gente afable e inconformista, gente resolutiva y en contacto con la realidad, por la labor de intervención social que realizan. Pero sobre todo, son comunicativos/as, mucho más que las siglas del proyecto. 📢 Os lo prometemos y os lo contaremos más adelante… ¡no los/as pierdas de vista!

The framework of the project ”Empowering Practitioners in Social Work from Rural Communities” (Bulgaria)

Between April 19-21, 2019 was held in the framework of the project ”Empowering Practitioners in Social Work from Rural Communities” – EPSWRA, project number 2018-1-RO01-KA204-049515, funded by European Commission’s Eramus+ Programme – Strategic Partnerships, a national short-term training session in social work field, for practitioners in the social work from the rural areas from different settlements in Bulgaria. The training was held in Beli Osam, Troyan, and brought together a number of 12 social work practitioners, who will be involved throughout the project and 4 lecturers.

Between April 22-24, 2019, a national short-term training session in social work field, for practitioners in the social work from the rural areas of Argeş County, was held in the framework of the project ”Empowering Practitioners in Social Work from Rural Communities”, acronym EPSWRA, project number 2018-1-RO01-KA204-049515, funded by European Commission’s Eramus+ Programme – Strategic Partnerships.
The training session followed the following topics:
1. Development of community and professional networks
2. Effective methods of evaluating the impact of intervention in social work services at community level
3. How to use the ICT tools created during the EPSWRA project.
The training was held at the University of Pitesti, B corpus, Gheorghe Doja Street, no. 41, between 14.30 and 19.30, and brought together a number of 19 social work practitioners from the following communities of Argeş county: Davideşti, Vultureşti, Măşteşti, Lereşti, Cetăţeni, Maracineni, Corbeni, Arefu, Valea Danului, Ciogrângeni, Godeni, Mălureni, Ştefăneşti, Miceşti, Bughea de Jos, Vladesti, Aninoasa.
The training was organized in partnership with a local partner in implementing the EPSWRA project – The National College of Social Workers – Arges branch, which will give the social workers that participated to the training, the opportunity to receive professional credit points for their contribution to personal and professional competences development.

”Contextos” research report

 Contextos research report on the perceptions and the needs of the
social work practitioners from the rural regions in addressing the #burnout phenomenon.

The project ‘Empowering Practitioners in #SocialWork from #Rural Communities’ (2018-1-RO01-KA204-049515) pretends to develop a joint non-formal and permanent framework for empowering social work practitioners from rural areas of seven European countries in increasing their participation to the rural community life and developing complementary skills that help them facing current social problems of the vulnerable groups from their community.
